About

I would rather you checked than took my word for it

I am Kimberli Kline, a Loan Officer with All Western Mortgage, Inc., licensed in Texas. Most of the people I work with were sent to me by their real-estate agent or by someone whose loan I closed, and almost all of them look me up before they call. This page is here to make that easy.

  • Came to mortgage lending after a difficult first-home purchase of her own.
  • More than a decade of mortgage experience.
  • Has held leadership roles managing mortgage teams.
  • Background in accounting, operations and customer service.
  • Works with first-time buyers, growing families and repeat homeowners.

The reason I originate through All Western Mortgage, Inc. rather than somewhere else is product breadth. The company has built its business around borrowers who do not fit a single template — non-QM and bank statement loans, home equity under Texas's own rules, VA, FHA and conventional, down payment assistance, reverse mortgages, and financing for investors and business owners. That range is what lets me say yes to situations other originators pass on.

What I will not do is quote you a rate on a website. Pricing depends on a real file, and a number published in advance of knowing yours is marketing rather than advice. Applications, pricing and disclosures are handled on All Western Mortgage, Inc. systems, and I am the person who gets you ready and stays with you through it.

How to verify

How to verify me in about a minute

  1. Open NMLS Consumer Access (opens in a new tab), the official registry run by state regulators.
  2. Search my individual NMLS ID, 1401382, or search my name and filter to Texas.
  3. Confirm that my record shows All Western Mortgage, Inc. (NMLS #14210) as my employer, and that my license status is active in the state where you are buying.

If anything on this site does not match what the registry says, trust the registry and tell me — I want to know.

How I work

Five steps, and you always know which one you are on

  1. A conversation

Fifteen minutes, no documents needed. You tell me what you are trying to buy and how you earn; I tell you plainly whether the timing works and what the path looks like.

  2. Documents

I send a short, specific list — not a generic checklist. If you are self-employed or paid on 1099, that list looks different, and I explain why each item matters.

  3. Pre-approval at All Western

Your application, credit and pricing are handled on All Western Mortgage systems. I walk you through what the pre-approval letter says and what your agent needs from it.

  4. Under contract

Once you are in escrow I give you and your agent a weekly written update, so nobody has to chase me for a status.

  5. Closing and beyond

We sign, you get the keys, and I stay in touch — an annual review, and a note from me if something changes that is worth your attention.
