How I handle your information
I am Kimberli Kline, a loan originator at All Western Mortgage, Inc.. This page explains what happens to anything you type into a form on this site. It is written in plain English on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask me and I will answer.
What I collect
Only four things, and only when you choose to send them: your name, your email address, your phone number and your message. That is the whole list.
What I never collect here
This site does not ask for income, assets, Social Security number, date of birth or credit information. There are no fields for them anywhere, and the code refuses to save a field named like one. Loan applications happen on All Western Mortgage, Inc. systems, not here. See Disclosures for the licensing detail behind that split.
What the server records on its own
When a form is submitted I keep a one-way, salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address instead of the address itself. The hash lets me stop spam and abuse. It cannot be turned back into your IP address. I also keep the browser user-agent string that your browser sends.
Consent records
If you tick a box to let me email or text you, I store a record of that consent: the version of the wording you saw, a hash of that exact wording, and the date and time you agreed. That record exists so both of us can see later what was actually agreed to. An unticked box creates no record at all.
Where your message goes
Your enquiry is forwarded to my customer relationship manager, GoHighLevel, so that I can follow up with you. It is stored there and in this site's own database. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with advertisers or lead buyers.
How long I keep it
Twenty-four months. After that, a scheduled job automatically anonymises the record, so the contact details are removed and only a shell of the enquiry remains for record-keeping.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It sets no tracking cookie, builds no advertising profile and does not follow you to other sites. I use it to see which pages people read.
How to have your information deleted
Email me and say you want your information deleted. I will remove it from this site's database and from my customer relationship manager, and I will confirm when it is done. You can also ask me for a copy of what I hold, or ask me to correct something.
Other sites
When you follow a link off this site, including to the application portal or to NMLS Consumer Access (opens in a new tab), you are on someone else's site and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
