Every page here is advertising for me, Kimberli Kline, as a loan originator at All Western Mortgage, Inc.. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a promise of any loan terms. Reading a page does not create a lending relationship between us.

No rates, no terms, no calculators

I do not quote pricing or loan terms here, and there is no calculator on this site. Anything you read is general education about how a loan program works. What any individual qualifies for depends on underwriting review, credit review and property eligibility, and programs change without notice.

Applications happen elsewhere

This site takes no loan application. Every Apply and Get Pre-Approved link sends you to All Western Mortgage, Inc. systems, where the application, pricing and required disclosures are handled. Those systems have their own terms and privacy policy.

Accuracy

I try to keep this site correct and current, but I offer it as is, with no warranty of any kind. Content can go out of date, and rules for loan programs change. If a decision matters to you, talk to me before you act on something you read here.

Links leaving this site, including the application portal and NMLS Consumer Access (opens in a new tab), go to sites I do not control. A link is not an endorsement, and I am not responsible for what is on the other end.
